Below is an indication of some of the wide and varied processes of dyeing and finishing that we are able to undertake.

Jet Dyeing 4 x "Then" Jet Dyeing Machines
  High temperature Dyeing Vessels Able to achieve tonal or cross dye effect
  Suitable for Both Natural Fibre & Man Made Fabric Compositions
  Dyed without tension using rope technique which achieves a relaxed and pre shrunk finish
  Batch Sizes From 300 metres up to 1000 metres can be accommodated
  Computer Controlled Technology to ensure superb colour continuity from batch to batch
Dyestuffs Direct Dyes, Reactive Dyes, Disperse Dyes
   
Jig Dyeing 4 x Super Jigs
  Ideal for cotton and all natural fibre compositions
  Batch Sizes from 600metres up to 2000 metres can be accommodated
  6 x Mini Jigs
  Ideal for cotton and all natural fibre compositions
  Batch Sizes from 200metres up to 400 metres can be accommodated
Dyestuffs Direct Dyes, Reactive Dyes, Disperse Dyes, Vat Dyes
Fabric Finishing Services
Fire Retardant Fr Backcoating (knife over foam) to BS5852 0&1
  FR DMWR : Immersed process to apply a dry clean only finish ideal for curtains
  FR FLAMENTIN : Immersed process to apply semi durable finish with soft handle. Suitable for Curtains & Upholstery
  Fabric may be washed up to 4 cycles at 30 degrees
  FR PYROVATEX : Immeresd process to apply a fully durable finish with soft handle. Suitable for Curtains & Upholstery
  Fabric may be washed up to 40 cycles at 60 degrees
Protective Stainguard Applied and cured at temperature to cotton rich fabrics to give protection against staining
Tumble Finish Super Soft We have the only Anglada Tumbler in the UK which processes fabric at 115 degrees to be pre shrunk and suitable for curtains and loose cover upholstery.
Technical Services
We have on site a fully equipped laboratory with the capability to originate colours for new fabric collections in any combination of your preferred dyestuffs. This is a free service and gives wholesalers and convertors an opportunity to show dyed fabric samples to key customers before committing to bulk dyeing and the cost of stocking new ranges. In addition our laboratory has facilities to test for Abrasion, Light fastness, Flame Retardant conformity, Tear Strength and most other requirements can be met.
